These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.niteck.com (the "Site"), operated by Greenlogy TEC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site presents our FRP (fiberglass-reinforced plastic) products, steel grating and wire rope products, and industrial technology services, and allows you to request quotations and place orders. The Site is intended for business use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete registration information and for keeping your login credentials (including any Google account you use to sign in) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts used for unlawful or abusive activity.

3. Product Descriptions and Quotations

Product descriptions, images, specifications and availability on the Site are for general reference. Final specifications, quantities, prices, lead times and other terms are those stated in our written quotation or order confirmation. Images are indicative and may not reflect every product detail.

4. Orders and Payment

An order is binding on us only when we issue a written order confirmation. Prices, currency, payment methods and payment terms are those agreed in the quotation or order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, taxes, duties and similar charges are the customer's responsibility.

5. Shipping, Delivery and Risk

Shipping terms (including the applicable Incoterms such as FOB or CIF), ports and estimated delivery dates are stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Risk of loss or damage passes according to the agreed trade term. Delivery dates are estimates; delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control do not give rise to liability, subject to Section 10.

6. Returns, Warranty and Claims

Please inspect goods on arrival. Visible damage, shortage or discrepancy must be reported to us in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and supporting documents. Our products are warranted against manufacturing defects for the warranty period stated in the quotation or order confirmation. Custom-made products cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except for defects covered by this warranty. This section does not limit any rights you have under the agreed trade terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, product images, logos, trademarks and layout — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site unlawfully or fraudulently; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems; interfere with the Site's operation; or scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or personal information from the Site without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that content on it is complete or current. Nothing on the Site constitutes engineering, legal or other professional advice; project design and installation decisions remain the customer's responsibility.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss (including loss of profit, business or data). Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to an order is limited to the amount paid to us for the products or services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, epidemics, and port or shipping disruptions.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation. If no resolution is reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court at our place of business (Nantong, Jiangsu, China).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version is always posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. These Terms, together with the applicable quotation or order confirmation, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Site.
