Designed specifically for docks and marinas, the 62% open area Greenlogy TEC® molded 1" deep grating with a 3/4" x 4" rectangular mesh is ADA compliant and provides an open area surface of 62%. The open area is an important factor in protecting seagrass and other shallow marine habitats beneath the decking surface. The lightweight and high strength of this FRP grating requires fewer supports and provides an overall lighter dock, an important consideration for floating docks as well as shipping and installation savings. This product is suitable for public walkways in coastal areas that must meet the US Corp of Engineer Standard for light penetration and for residential and commercial use.
