How to Select Greenlogy TEC® Molded Grating for Your Application

Greenlogy TEC® molded grating is available in various resin configurations and over twenty panel sizes and surface options. Selection can be evaluated from three aspects: service environment, load requirements and installation method.

Choose resin system based on corrosive media: common resin configurations handle different acid and alkali environments. For highly corrosive or high-temperature conditions, please contact us to confirm suitability.
Choose grating depth and mesh size based on load and support conditions: 1/2" deep grating is lightweight, suitable for applications sensitive to self-weight with moderate loads; for larger spans, evaluate support spacing.
Choose surface type based on slip resistance needs: in wet or oily environments, grating with anti-slip grit surface can improve walking safety.
Choose cutting and fastening method based on installation scenario: grating is easy to fabricate on site and can be secured with standard fasteners; allow clearance for thermal expansion and contraction.
