What We Do

We machine FRP grating and profiles to your drawing, so the panels arrive ready to install:

Cut to Size

Molded and pultruded grating cut to any size from your drawing. Standard mesh 19x19, 38x38, 50x50 and 38x152, in 25 / 30 / 38 / 50 mm thicknesses; other specifications are confirmed per order.

Cut to Shape

Panels can also be cut to shape - corner cuts and cutouts made to your drawing, completed before shipping.

Edge Sealing

Every cut edge is sealed with resin to close the fibers, matched to the panel: orthophthalic, isophthalic, vinyl ester or phenolic. All cut edges are sealed as standard.

Pre-Drilling

Holes are drilled to your drawing, with positions and diameters taken from the marked dimensions - no drilling needed on site.

Tolerances follow the drawing; critical dimensions are confirmed in writing with the quotation.

What to Send for a Quote

The panel: mesh (19x19 / 38x38 / 50x50 / 38x152), thickness (25 / 30 / 38 / 50 mm), resin type and color.
The cutting plan: cut sizes and quantity.
Drilling: hole positions and diameters, if pre-drilling is needed.
Tolerances: marked per dimension, where fitting matters.
Packing and marks: any packing or marking requirements.

Ordering and Lead Time

1. Send your drawing - through the FRP grating quotation form or by email, with the cutting list.
2. Quotation - price and lead time confirmed in writing before production starts.
3. Productionedge sealing and drilling to the confirmed drawing.
4. Inspection - dimensions checked against the list; photos on request, third-party inspection welcome.
5. Shipment - LCL or FCL, as agreed with the order.
