Operating environment
- Molded FRP grating 50*50H50 can be used long-term outdoors in open-air applications such as platforms, walkways and trench covers; its unsaturated polyester resin system combined with E-glass fiber can withstand sun and rain as well as alternating temperature and humidity changes.
- In chemical, electroplating, wastewater treatment and other locations where acid, alkali and salt corrosive media are present, grating with isophthalic, vinyl ester or phenolic resin can be selected according to the medium type to meet the corresponding corrosion resistance and flame retardant requirements.
- In damp areas prone to water accumulation or requiring washing and cleaning, the open-cell structure of molded grating facilitates liquid drainage, making it suitable for use as operating platforms and floor paving material.
