Product Details
The 6x7 construction general-purpose wire rope is available with either FC (imported fiber core) or WSC (wire strand core). When the core is a wire strand core, the rope is usually referred to as 7x7. Wire ropes with diameters from 0.5 mm to 2 mm are common, and the rope is flexible overall. The 6x7 wire rope becomes very stiff at larger diameters, typically beginning to stiffen at 6 mm and above, and is often used for belt conveying, ropeway haulage, fishing operations and similar applications.
