FRP pultruded profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement as the raw material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and then pulled and drawn by a pulling machine to produce a new type of composite material with good physical properties, widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:

Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are produced by Greenlogy TEC and used across a wide range of applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles deliver years of low-maintenance service in applications where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been specified. Today these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application scenarios

Structural Profile - Angle (Vinylester) is suitable for frame supports and connectors in corrosive environments such as chemical, marine and wastewater treatment, and is also commonly used in platforms, walkways and ladders where insulation, non-magnetic properties and light weight with high strength are required. If your project has special requirements for corrosion resistance or load bearing, please contact us with the operating conditions for tailored recommendations.

Selection guide

When selecting, determine the cross-section size and thickness of the angle according to the actual load form, span and connection method, and choose the resin system (e.g. vinylester) based on the environmental medium. We can assist you in evaluating the required specifications and lengths; please confirm specific dimensions, weight and supply form via inquiry.

Product advantages

This angle is produced by pultrusion with glass fiber reinforcement and resin, featuring light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation and non-magnetic properties, easy installation, and is suitable for replacing some metal angles. When combined with other FRP profiles, it can form a stable structural system and reduce maintenance costs.

Inquiry guidance

For detailed specifications, technical parameters, packaging and delivery information of Structural Profile - Angle (Vinylester), please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation. Please provide the required model, quantity and operating environment, and we will provide a targeted solution according to your needs.

Custom Cutting

Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
