Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles take glass fiber reinforcement as the base material and resin as the binder, with glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer. After thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold, and then drawn by a haul-off machine. As a new type of composite material with good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in various scenarios, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. In areas where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been used, durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Application Scenarios
Structural Profile - Flat Bar (Vinyl Ester) is suitable for structural applications such as platforms, walkways, handrails and supports that require corrosion resistance and strength. The vinyl ester resin system gives it good resistance in acidic, alkaline and humid environments, and it is commonly used in chemical, water treatment, marine engineering and other fields. For selection in specific scenarios, we recommend consulting us based on load and environmental conditions.
Selection Guidance
Selection should take into account load requirements, span, support spacing, environmental corrosiveness and installation method. The width and thickness specifications of the flat bar profile affect its load-bearing capacity, and different resin systems (such as vinyl ester) affect the corrosion resistance grade. If you need recommended specifications for a specific project, please contact us for technical support.
Product Advantages
This flat bar profile is produced by pultrusion and features light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, non-magnetic properties and ease of cutting and installation. The vinyl ester resin gives it chemical resistance superior to ordinary polyester, making it suitable for long-term use in harsh environments. The surface can be treated for anti-slip or coating to meet different working conditions.

Operating Environment
- This FRP pultruded flat bar is a glass fiber reinforced composite with resin as the binder. It is inherently resistant to moisture, salt spray and corrosion from many industrial chemicals, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor structural applications.
- Because pultruded profiles are produced through heating, molding, curing and pulling processes that encase the glass fiber reinforcement, they perform reliably in high-humidity, damp or chemical-exposure environments, where conventional steel requires frequent maintenance.
- This flat bar can be used within the ambient temperature range commonly found in industrial and construction settings; for continuous exposure to high temperatures, concentrated acids or alkalis, or other corrosive media, please contact us to discuss resin selection and suitability for the specific application.
- Typical operating environments for this structural profile include chemical processing plants, wastewater treatment facilities, marine and offshore platforms, cooling towers and other areas subject to moisture, corrosive vapors or weather exposure.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
