FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, the material is heated, formed, and cured in a metal mold and then pultruded by a pulling machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength, long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are used in a wide range of applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, along with thermal insulation and non-conductive properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide many years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been specified. Today, these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Applications
Isophthalic structural profile floor panels are suitable for industrial platforms, walkways, trench covers and offshore facilities where high corrosion resistance is required. Their light weight, high strength and resistance to chemical attack make them widely used in the chemical, marine and wastewater treatment sectors.
Selection Guide
Selection should take into account load requirements, span, support spacing and the service environment. Profiles of different cross-sectional dimensions and thicknesses have different load-bearing capacities; we recommend consulting our technical team with your actual engineering conditions to obtain suitable specification recommendations.
Product Advantages
The isophthalic resin system gives the floor panels excellent corrosion resistance and water resistance, while glass fiber reinforcement ensures high strength and stiffness. The products are light in weight, easy to transport and install, and offer good electrical insulation and aging resistance.

Service Environment
- These isophthalic resin FRP floor profiles are pultruded glass fiber composites, suitable for indoor factory floors and outdoor walkways, platforms and stair treads, replacing steel grating in damp or wet environments.
- The isophthalic resin matrix is selected to resist mildly corrosive media — splashes, salt-laden air and washdown conditions common in chemical, water treatment and coastal plants — rather than concentrated acids or strong solvents.
- Because the pultruded profiles contain no steel core, they suit areas where conventional metal grating would require frequent recoating due to corrosion; their surface does not produce sparks and will not cause rust staining on surrounding structures.
- Service temperature, chemical exposure and UV load vary with the installation environment; please contact Greenlogy TEC and provide the actual service conditions so that the appropriate resin grade, profile specification within the FL-A / FL-B / FL-C series, and fastening details can be confirmed.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
