Pultruded FRP structural profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, the material is heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pultruded by a pulling machine. It has good physical properties and is widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability, and lightweight properties, while also offering thermal insulation and electrical non-conductivity. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas that traditionally used steel, aluminum, or wood components. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Application Scenarios
Structural profile – rectangular tube (vinyl) is widely used in chemical, marine, power and other fields with high corrosion resistance requirements, commonly found in platform handrails, support structures, walkway grating frames, etc. The rectangular tube cross-section facilitates connection and installation, making it suitable for applications requiring light weight, high strength, insulation and non-magnetic properties.
Selection Guide
When selecting, please choose based on actual load, span and operating environment, combined with the cross-sectional dimensions and wall thickness of the rectangular tube. We offer a variety of specifications to meet different structural requirements. For precise selection advice, please contact us for detailed specifications and technical support.
Product Advantages
Made with vinyl resin, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance; glass fiber reinforcement gives it high strength and light weight. The pultrusion process ensures stable dimensions and a smooth surface, along with advantages such as insulation, non-magnetic properties and low maintenance.

Operating Environment
- This FRP rectangular tube is suitable for both indoor factory installation and outdoor structural frameworks, where pultruded FRP profiles resist moisture and do not corrode like steel.
- The vinyl resin system makes this rectangular tube suitable for continuous use in humid or chemically corrosive atmospheres, including areas with acids, alkalis or salts.
- Typical operating conditions include walkway supports, handrail infill and platform frames, where the rectangular tube carries loads across spans while exposed to weather or washdown environments.
- Because the glass fiber reinforcement is fully impregnated and cured during the pultrusion process, this rectangular tube maintains its shape and strength through temperature fluctuations from high-temperature process areas to cold outdoor sites; please contact us with your actual operating temperature and media for project-specific recommendations.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
