FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after full impregnation with resin, the material is heated, molded and cured in a metal die and then pulled by a haul-off machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with non-conductive and non-thermal-conductive properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas traditionally built with steel, aluminum or wood components. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications where stainless steel and other costly components were previously required.

Application Scenarios
Solid square rods are suitable for load-bearing, support and connection structures that require strength and durability, such as building frames, bridge ancillary components, platform handrails and industrial equipment supports. Their lightweight, high-strength and corrosion-resistant properties also suit corrosive environments such as chemical and marine applications. Specific applicable scenarios can be confirmed according to project requirements.
Selection Guide
When selecting, determine the side length and length of the square rod based on load, span and service environment (corrosion, temperature, etc.), and refer to the dimensions and weights in the table for preliminary matching. If combination with other profiles or secondary processing is required, please specify the connection method and processing requirements. You are welcome to contact us for detailed specifications and selection advice.
Product Advantages
This solid square rod is made of isophthalic resin and glass fiber reinforcement, offering high specific strength, good corrosion resistance and electrical insulation, and is non-magnetic and easy to machine. Compared with traditional metal materials, it is lighter, easier to transport and install, and suitable for applications requiring high durability.

Service Environment
- These solid square rods are pultruded from glass fiber reinforcement and an isophthalic resin matrix, giving the profiles moisture resistance and resistance to a range of industrial chemicals in indoor and outdoor use.
- Typical applications are structural frames that would corrode steel under damp, salt-fog or washdown conditions, such as weather-exposed platforms, walkways and support frames.
- The isophthalic resin system is suitable for environments with moderate chemical exposure, including industrial plants and water treatment areas where condensation and splash contact occur.
- For continuous use, keep the profiles within the temperature and chemical limits of the resin system; for guidance on the environment and parameters of a specific project, please contact Greenlogy TEC.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
